Refund Policy

At Zen we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.

 

Once services are purchased, they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Zen, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package or prepaid service) can be applied to any other service at Zen. Laser treatments packages may be “frozen” and kept on hold in the event of a medical emergency or pregnant.  On rare occasions $50 may be applied to the second visit for the remainder of a service with the injector.

Giftcards/Gift Certificates: There are no refunds. Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase.

 

For Skin Care Products, all sales are final. 

 

We will be honest in all our dealings with you.  Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.

Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies.

Cancellation Policy

 

Zen has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a 48 hour notice so we can make the time available for other clients. There are no exceptions. We accept notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments via phone, text or voicemail. Please note: our system will automatically text you 48 hours before your appointment in order to provide you with ample time to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. 

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in a $50 charge on the card on file or will be charged during next appointment. All packages (including laser packages, microneedling, facials and chemical peels); an unused treatment will be forfeited for the late cancel or no show appointment. If you do not supply us with a credit card number and you have a promotion being used for service, we will require that a $35 deposit fee be used to book any further services with us. The deposit fee will be used towards your service.
