What is Exo-ME™ from Cellenis®?

Cellenis® Exo-ME™ PRP is an autologous system that isolates, concentrates, and purifies extracellular vesicles — including exosomes — from a small sample of your own blood. Exosomes are nanosized vesicles the body uses to carry regenerative signals between cells.

How does Cellenis® Exo-ME™ work?

Cellenis® Exo-ME™ processes a small blood draw through dual centrifugation and mechanical activation, then a purification step that removes cellular debris — leaving a clean, concentrated preparation of EVs. The whole process happens in a closed, sterile system during your visit.

When are results visible?

Skin texture and hydration often improve within 1–4 weeks, with continued change over several months as tissue remodeling progresses. For hair, many patients see visible improvements in scalp health and the appearance of fuller, thicker hair over time. Individual results vary.
